I've been feeling SUPER artsy lately lol. ^!^

I've taken on the 100 theme challenge on DA. ^!^
I'm only one Theme 8, but it sure is fun!!!

I've even my little cousin wanting to "learn to
draw" I'm going to try and use the grid method,
from what I can tell people like that method, and
say it's a good starter. -I don't know because I've
never used it lol. ^!^

And knitting is still super fun

Day Out.

I had a day out with Caleb, his mother and his little baby sister. It was pretty fun.

Although, I think me and Caleb have a brainwave problem. While walking through hobby lobby, we both managed to pick up an wooden egg, turn to each other and say "Hey! Look at thi-" simultaneously. -.- Oh what a sad two we are lol!

Family Time

Do y'all have this in your homes????

Lol. It's pretty fun, my family chooses games to spend our time playing. We actually have a game cabinet FILLED TO THE BRIM with board games like monopoly(multiple versions), scrabble, scene it(multiple versions), and other things like MadGab and Headbands. It's pretty fun. We even have our own bingo game.

We also use the Wii and Xbox to our advantage with Rockband and those Just Dance games.

Does you have family time?
If so, do you play games with the family, talk, or are just forced to sit in the same room for a certain amount of time????

New Hobby.

So in the past two months of my rare school downtime I have picked up knitting. ^!^

It is extremely fun and very relaxing,  and when you live in my house(at least 7 people on  a regular basis because it's the babysitter house) a way to get away from all of that sometimes is kinda nice. LOL. Not that I hate my house, I actually love it. But everyone needs those "little vacations" of your own time. 

So far I have completely knitted to projects, and am looking for my third. lol. 

My first project ever was a black tie, my brother wanted one so I made it. 

It wasn't until I was in the midst of this project that I learned black is one of the hardest things to knit with, and that a tie wasn't exactly a beginner beginner project, but either way I prospered. LOL. ^!^

My second project was two hundred million times easier and was just a headband with a bow on it. Which I don't have a picture of yet because I knitted it for my cousin who doesn't come over that often lol. But she is supposed to be sending me a picture with it tomorrow. ^!^ She's a Team Georgia girl so the band is black and the bow is red.

So far my knits have came from LionBrand.com and although I do follow the basic pattern, I do adjust them just a bit to something that just feels better. 

Such as, the tie, the original pattern was in Seed Stitch, which as a beginner on her first project and in black, I just could not get, so I just went Garter using the knit stitch.

With the headband I just adjusted the "wideness" of the headband because it still looked too skinny with just 7 rows, but then again I am more of a tight knitter than a loose one.

I also recently realized I had yarn and no specified basket for it, so I grabbed a wicker basket that was just lying around my house and then grabbed some of my mothers scrap fabric(she does projects with a sewing machine lol) and then I made a little homestyle yarn basket. ^!^

Sorry for the terrible lighting. I only have one lightbulb in my room, because I really don't like it bright bright. ^!^ The chair the basket is sitting on is my knitting/reading/computer chair. lol. It is the only chair I have ever had in my room and I love it!!!!!! ^!^

Alrighty I think that's about it!

Itching Nose Syndrome.

You know that saying about your nose itches when someone talks about you? lol!

Well today, I was at a friend's house, and while sitting in the room, I was being talked about as though I wasn't there. But, it was in the good way. LOL. Twas quite priceless.

The family just expects you to tune out when they are talking directly to you. Priceless.

The Best Hypocritical Moment.

You know, that one friend who you always argue with because it was raining and you didn't get his jacket (to cover yourself up with, because if you get a cold you have apparently caught a fatal disease.)

And if you so much as trip, you get yelled at for being so clumsy and have to sit down the rest of the day (simply because he's afraid you'll get hurt again)

Lol. Don't you love the hateful way he is always sweet LOL. But never tells you the real reason. Tis so priceless.

Sweeping.

I created this so that I would be able to do things in between schooling, but my assignments all got crowded in in the last week of the two classes I’m enrolled in, but I can now breathe. LOL. 

My birthday is tomorrow, Halloween, lol, and I’ve decided, without even making it fully out of my teens I’m going to start sweeping my age under the rug. I’m hoping everyone around me pretty much forgets my birthday; I almost got away with not being sung to at Church last year lol. Probably no such luck this year. Blek, 19 it an odd age. And I’m an even junkie, so I’ve decided to turn 18, again…maybe. Lol. My grandma was known for being 45, even when she was literally 76, she was 45. 

Trick or Treating tomorrow is gonna be fun. That’s the joy of my birthday, lol, I have a bunch of younger cousins who ADORE dressing up, so I always have extra sweets ^!^

Creative train wise I started working on something from forever ago. And I’m sure all those who write stories for fun know that it is utterly difficult to read over something you’ve wrote, especially from a while ago, because you notice everything you messed up on LOL.
